This privacy policy describes how Nexulriona SRL (hereinafter 'we', 'us' or 'Nexulriona') processes your personal data when you use the nexulriona.com website or subscribe to our newsletter. We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Belgian Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data.

2. What data do we collect?
We collect only the data that you provide to us via the newsletter subscription form: your first name and your email address. In addition, our servers record technical data such as IP address, browser type and visit time for security and statistical purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data in order to send you our newsletter and information about real-estate projects in Belgium. The legal basis for this is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
4. Retention period
Your data is retained for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscription, your data is deleted within 30 days, except for any legally mandated retention.
5. Third parties
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. For the sending of the newsletter and the hosting of our website, we rely on trusted processors established within the European Economic Area (EEA) and compliant with the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, as well as the right to object to the processing. Send your request to contact@nexulriona.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
